Our rustic and cosy apartment is absolutely perfectly located to reach the highlights of the area quickly during your holiday. In a short time you can reach ski areas and world-famous attractions such as the Krimml Waterfalls, Europe's highest waterfalls, or the exciting Sigmund Thun Klamm gorge in Kaprun. At the same time, Waterfront Apartment 1 is an oasis of peace to recover from sporting activities and sightseeing. Relaxation, beautiful nature and the sights of the region stand for an absolute dream holiday!

The idyllic apartment from Steinbock Lodges is located directly on the shore of Lake Zell and features its own garden and direct access to the lake. If you book this apartment, the Zell am See Kaprun summer card with many discounts is included from 15 May to 31 October. In winter you can use the ski room with ski boot heaters and heated drying racks for your ski clothing.
Pure relaxation directly on Lake Zell:
•small kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle
•1 bathroom with shower, separate WC, hairdryer, 1 bedroom with access to balcony & garden, living room with sofa bed, television, seating area, access to balcony & garden
•common room with fireplace, table football, table tennis and several seating areas in the basement (accessible to all guests)
•private garden (fenced) with own lake access, sun loungers, garden furniture
Location:
Not far from Waterfront Apartment 1 you will find excellent restaurants, all with cosy terraces and beautiful views of Lake Zell. To get to the centre of Zell am See, you can either take the bus (departures every hour, bus stop nearby), the boat or the car. A beautiful promenade runs around the lake, ideal for running, biking and walking.
Leisure activities:
In winter, you can head straight up behind the town centre to the excellent slopes of Schmittenhöhe, Zell am See's local mountain. In summer, the extensive hiking trails and cycling routes that start in the middle of the town will take you up into the mountains. On guided hikes and themed trails, you will learn a lot about the region and the local flora and fauna! Right on the lake, you will not only find a spectacular mountain view, but also numerous opportunities for water sports from diving to sailing. If you prefer something more relaxed, you can also take an excursion boat across the lake and enjoy the panorama. The centre of Zell am See welcomes you in summer and winter with top-class restaurants and many colourful shops, boutiques and stores for a shopping spree.

The view here is unbeatable, we loved this place. We were comfortable and it was very relaxing. Would love to come back again sometime in the warmer months.

Der Service durch den Vermieter und die Lage ist unübertroffen, daher kommen wir auch immer wieder in das Appartement.
Da wir unseren Aufenthalt auf Grund eines Unfalls verlängern mussten wurde uns schnell und selbstlos geholfen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service in der schwierigen Situation!
Leider wurde in den letzten Jahren immer nur das nötigste in das Haus und die Ausstattung investiert.
Für uns ist unverständlich, dass man z.B. nicht einmal Geld in einheitliches Geschirr und ausreichend Besteck investiert. Die Möbel sind in den letzten 10 Jahren ebenfalls kaum erneuert worden.

Gemütlich eingerichtete Fewo mit eigenem Seegrundstück und -Zugang. Die Sommerkarte ermöglicht kostenlos alle Bergbahnen und viele Eintritte in der Umgebung.
Der Busanschluss ist nur zu drei Tageszeiten werktags befriedigend. In der Sommerkarte ist der Hund nicht inbegriffen.
