A short walk to the London Bridge, English Village, Bridgewater Channel walkway, public golf course, Rotary Park, many restaurants and shopping. Located off the second hole of the Bridgewater golf course with lake and mountain views. Step out the back patio and around the corner to the resort pool with two spas. This corner unit has access to the grassy side yard with patio table and grill. Inside you'll find a newer remodel space with upgrade kitchen, appliances, cabinets and counter tops. Cable TV in living room and owner's suite. Wifi provided. Park your boat or toys in our gated, secure and covered parking lot. Covered parking is on a first come first served. Professional managed

Great condo, close to everything and an easy check in/out process. The home was clean, had a great setup for two separate couples or friends and a really nice view of the golf course looking out to the channel from the cute patio. It's the corner unit, so there's only one shared wall, which made for a very quiet, peaceful setting. Horton was really easy to communicate with and was very helpful and detailed with any questions we had.
