This luxurious 470 sqm villa features a large heated pool and is located just a few meters from the sea in the stunning area of Elounda, near Plaka village. The villa boasts its own secluded private beach, which is accessible to the public. A gated, stone-paved driveway leads through beautifully landscaped 2,000 sqm gardens to this exquisite property. From almost every room, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the iconic Spinalonga Island, Elounda Bay, and Mirabello Bay.

Externally, the villa offers pergolas, spacious terraces, a covered dining area, an exclusive BBQ space, a swimming pool, and a large cellar-garage beneath the house. The residence spans three levels and is designed with a focus on sustainability, combining modern technologies with traditional vernacular architecture. Passive features such as strategic orientation, cross-ventilation, the use of thermally efficient materials, and shading are complemented by solar panels, water collection tanks, and a “smart home” system to optimize the internal environment.

The middle level, which also serves as the entrance, incorporates all the key communal spaces. The kitchen and support areas seamlessly serve both indoor and outdoor living spaces. This central level, positioned between the more private upper and lower levels, creates a direct connection between the different areas of the villa. Additionally, an internal garden with plants and an open ceiling brings natural light and a sense of openness, enhancing the space.

On the lower level, you'll find two en-suite bedrooms, a cozy living room, a staff room, a fully equipped 100m² gym, and a laundry room. The top level is home to two en-suite bedrooms, each with expansive balconies offering breathtaking views.
