This property worked well for our group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen was a good size and nicely updated, and we appreciated the convenient walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. There were a couple of layout considerations that weren't clear from the listing. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance, which wasn't mentioned in the property description. The stairs between levels lack handrails, which became an issue when we had an older family member visit for dinner - they struggled navigating the stairs safely without anything to hold onto.

We had a great stay at this property. It was comfortable, convenient location, spacious, beautiful views and well appointed. We had everything we needed and when anything came up we could walk to the local convenience store or grocery to pick things up. This is a luxury in San Diego!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house is spacious with lots of room to spread out. We had adults and teens and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach, shops and restaurants are just about half mile (residential) walk away. It is on a busy street but it wasn't an issue for us. The host was also wonderful!! She was super responsive and accommodating, letting us check in early. This was a lovely house and we had a great time, would definitely stay here again!
