Our stay in Cortez at Jeff’s place couldn’t have been better. The house is roomy, comfortable and charming. Jeff has gone out of his way to anticipate any needs his guests may have. There are games, books, movies, stuffies for little ones, coffee, tea… The location is perfect for exploring all the area has to offer as well as great restaurants. Jeff went above and beyond as we got a flat tire and needed to stay an additional night. He was very accommodating to adding another night even offering to drive us for groceries if needed. If we travel to Cortez again, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for being a great host!

Originally, I was really excited about staying here, I thought it was what we needed. We travel often and take our kids with us ages 13-18 and they are all very well behaved. We encountered the host two times outside the property, which has never happened in our years of travel. He greeted us and counted our kids to make sure we were charged for them. We intended on paying for them, of course. We should've read the description thoroughly because we didn't realize the host lived in the driveway, which we were not comfortable with. The property is clean, amenities good, host was friendly enough, but the place is not for us.
