160m² villa comprising on the ground floor: a 50m² living / dining room, an independent kitchen (5 gas burners, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a WC, a bedroom with dressing room (160 cm bed) ) its bathroom with 2 basins, bath and shower. Lovely spacious and comfortable house with super garden, outdoor kitchen and pool area. The location is very convenient for exploring everything that the area has to offer. Patrick and family were very welcoming hosts.

We had a fantastic weeks holiday in Lattes. Patrick and his wife were the perfect hosts, always on hand to deal with any queries. The property itself was immaculate with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
