Excellent experience. The unit was clean and functional and well stocked with everything needed to cook and clean. The view from the lanai was gorgeous, the reviews that say you can barely see the ocean from the lanai are not accurate. The pool was amazing and so well kept as are the grounds. I chose this particular unit since it had an ocean view and did not face the pool thinking it would cut down on noise from the people in the pool and I was correct. While you could still hear some noise, I’m sure it was a lot less that having your windows facing the pool complex. Superb location, just go down the steps and a super short walk to the pool one way and the beach the other. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Neither from the living/dining room nor from the bedroom did we have an oceanfront view. If we sat on the bedroom ledge which was called a deck and had been outfitted with a table and two chairs, we had an oceanview. If we sat on the sofa or at the correct angle at the dining room table and looked through the narrow side window we had an oceanview. Otherwise, we were out of luck. This was totally misleading advertising and therefore quite overpriced. The spotless condo was well comfortable and well outfitted for the two of us.
