The holiday apartment 'Sam's Homestay' is located in Gröbenzell and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. An extra mattress is available for a fee; please contact the homeowners in advance. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 covered terraces, and a tennis court.
Public transport links are located within walking distance. The Böhmerweiher, a beautiful natural lake with few visitors, is easy to reach on foot (15 minutes) or by bike (5 minutes). An organic market, a Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, Kaufland, an Italian market hall, etc., are all within 5 minutes on foot.

This was a great property located close to cute shops, cafes and grocery markets. We were able to easily access the train with a quick walk. The quietness of the neighborhood made for relaxing mornings and evenings on the patio.
