The 83 m² accommodation on the first floor can host up to 5 guests and is equipped with Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and heating. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher.



You will share a covered terrace with seating and loungers, as well as a play area. An electric table grill is available for communal use on the rooftop terrace. Please clean the grill after use and unplug it. Public transport is within walking distance, and a parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee; please do not let them on the bed or sofa. The rooftop terrace and garden are not accessible to dogs. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment. Brochures with designated dog walking routes are provided. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Due to the central location, traffic noise may be heard with open windows, but the windows offer good soundproofing.



Homemade products are available. A bread delivery service is available on request. The property has guidelines for correct waste separation; further information is provided on site. A washing machine is available on request and for an extra fee. A filter coffee machine and filters are provided. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are available. Bottled water is provided; please return empty bottles.
