H&O is perfectly located in the historic and highly walkable Music Row neighborhood. With tree-lined sidewalks, dedicated bike lanes and a sought after central location, you're only steps from the best dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment destinations. Just steps from Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, the Gulch and a short ride to downtown, the location is perfectly situated to everything there is to do in Nashville.
Getting Around:
Very walkable neighborhood. Quick 1.2 mile uber or drive to Broadway.

PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD AND MUST BE PRESENT THE ENTIRE TIME.
Parking in the garage (free) is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional free street parking also available. The pool opens in May and Closes October 31st for the season.
IDENTIFICATION: Primary guest will be required to provide government identification due to city ordinances and/or HOA Rules. A Drivers license, passport etc, And a photo of themselves that matches the government ID.
CREDIT CARD: Guests will be required to have credit card information on file.
This is a self check in property. There is no hotel staff at the front desk. Please pay attention to emails and or messages from us on your booking channel. Check in is super simple. But you have to pay attention to our messages. And we need a phone number for your reservation. Reminders go out through text, if we see that you didn't open the check in instructions.

Good location. Clean, beautiful, amazing views. Well stocked, especially for travelers with infants. Secure, parking off street included. My kids enjoyed playing with the musical instruments and the record player was a nice choice!

enjoyed our stay. it was everything the listing said it was. we walked everywhere, it was safe and friendly, only downfall was it was a bit cold and rainy, so we didn't enjoy the rooftop and pool, but would stay again in the summer!

The unit was fantastic with off street parking included in the parking garage. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and just a short 10-20 minute walk to some restaurants and bars. Loved it!
