Wonderful home in a very small, quiet neighborhood! It was more than enough room for our group of seven, plus one small dog. The backyard was the perfect hangout space (equipped with plenty of lawn games), and we took advantage of the beautiful weather every evening. Eddie was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend this property if you're looking to stay in north Las Vegas.

Place was very clean! No bad odors, fridge was sparkly, microwave didn't have icky food explosions. Backyard is as advertised and was the main reason for picking this place. I wanted an area where our two dogs would be safe and have room to run around, and not have to worry about them falling in a pool.

Only drawback to the property was it was near a very busy loud street, you could hear motorcycles and cars racing late night. The property itself was great.

We have stayed at this property before and had a great experience. This time around the place did not smell good, the sheets were not washed from prior to our visit and the bedding just did not look clean in any of the rooms. We have washed all the bedding before use however, the smell of the property was still pretty stale.
