For your convenience, there is a 10' x 22' floating dock available. You can launch your boat at the Hernando County public boat ramp and then motor over to the house—it's a short trip. Wow! Wow! Wow!From the minute we stepped into the front door, we knew we selected the right place to stay for our long weekend trip. Every inch of the house was spotless. Every room was decorated with thought and a designer’s eye. Bath and kitchen supplies were readily available. The coffee machine was used daily and the slushie machine was a nice surprise (kids would love it!). The view of the water was so relaxing and could be seen from almost the entire house. We even spotted a dolphin swimming close to the deck. Lisa was the most gracious and communicative host of all of the rentals we have stayed at. She is compassionate and very kind. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Florida! Girls Trip!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Look no further, this is the rental you want! Very well stocked with everthing you need and many extras you didn't know you needed or wanted. Very clean and well maintained home that feels very comfortable. Tons of wildlife seen from the deck and in the channels including manatees, dolphins, stingrays and the fishing from the dock was so fun! Kayaking out to the mangroves on the kayaks provided was such a bonus. This house has everything you need for a great vacation stay. Hosts were very responsive, you will not be disappointed. YOU WANT TO STAY HERE!!!!
