Relax in a new premium X8 Bullfrog hot tub. 30 Knots features 3 bedrooms with king sized Casper mattresses, 3 baths, and a firepit seating area with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Eco friendly does not mean boring!: smart darts, shuffleboard, retro arcade games. Secure guest storage for kiting, scuba, and mountain biking gear. Daily housekeeping at your option.

Guests have private access to the full 30 Knots house for the duration of their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. The house is self-contained — no shared interior spaces and no hosts on-site.

Outside, the hot tub is yours throughout your stay — set up for sunset soaks with the bay in front of you. The decks and outdoor living areas are also fully private to 30 Knots guests.

The 30 Knots side is also home to the game room: shuffleboard, Golden Tee, foosball, darts, and a pinball machine, all included with the rental.
In the guest storage you will find SUP boards, beach chairs, sun shades, snorkel gear, a rolling cooler and beach games for guest use.

Parking is on-site and private. The property is gated.

For international and domestic arrivals, San Jose Del Cabo (SJD) International Airport serves as the primary gateway, with a drive of approximately 2 hours via shuttle or rental car under typical traffic conditions. For domestic flights within Mexico and seasonal flights from LAX, La Paz International Airport to El Sargento is a 40 minute car ride.

30 Knots was designed with sustainability and environmental responsibility in mind. The house was built from single trip shipping containers. 15 kw of solar panels sit on the roof on the property, providing 80-100% of our power. 35 kw batteries ensure you will never be left in a black/brown out (frequent in La Ventana due to the unstable power grid). We recently installed a Rainstick shower, a Time magazine invention of the year for 2024; twice the flow while using 80% less water. A Hydraloop 300 recycles our shower, laundry and bathroom sink water for non potable use as flushing water in toilets and irrigation. We are committed to pursuing a zero carbon footprint to do our part in preserving the natural beauty of La Ventana, a truly special place.
