Located on 8 acres, surrounded by shag bark hickory trees, rolling hills, a pond, and neighboring cattle, this space is guaranteed to provide a peaceful stay and privacy. Conveniently located just 2.5 miles from I69 and a 12 minute drive from Ball State.

This is an ideal spot if you’re planning to visit a child at Ball State! There is a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for hosting a home cooked meal. Helpful tip: be sure to watch your step as you step down from the kitchen. The bathroom houses an amazing shower with plenty of water pressure. Oh, and the site has THE most comfortable bed and pillows that I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO! We will be back!
