The house accessible by a staircase is designed to accommodate 6 people with a large dining room - living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
On this level you will find 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 shower room and a separate toilet.
The fully air-conditioned attic is accessible by a wooden staircase, you arrive on a living room landing with TV, a large double bedroom (160x200) 1 bathroom with WC.
Opening onto a large garden with trees, the terrace located to the west has a table and chairs as well as a charcoal BBQ to enjoy the sunset. The basement opens through a garage door, it has a washing machine and dryer as well as enough room to store bicycles.
The property is fully fenced and closed by a gate, you can park several cars inside.
Due to the steps to access the house, the first floor and the terrace, we do not recommend this accommodation for toddlers and people with reduced mobility.
