Overall the place was the perfect size for our group. It’s located a short walking distance from the beach. Appreciate the beach gear that was available for use and which part of the beach was nearby.

Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The house was just as pictured. Don’t believe the walk to the beach. It’s too far with kids. Feel like we needed a golf cart as was pictured ( that’s what caught my eye initially, feel like you should take it out of the photos) the subdivision was gated quiet. But too picky about parking that should be on the description as well. Grill was not very good. Not and entertaining backyard. The top floor king bed mattress had a big dip and was very uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice stay.
