Fantastic house and location. Beautiful views, covered dock with picnic table was excellent for docking a 22' boat and relaxing in the water right by the house. About 200' walk to the dock when lake level is at 670'. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfortable and house was well furnished including a couple kayaks and floats were a big plus for the kids and adults.

What a wonderful location with a beautiful view and easy access to the lake. The host is easy to contact and was very helpful. Our 26th annual meeting of cousins was a lot of fun!! Shaded areas outdoors are a big plus! The facility could benefit from a little attention, but all in all a very good experience!

We had a group of 13 people that fit comfortably inside the home. There was lots of space for outdoor activities; Zach provided plenty of outdoor games. We also had access to the kayaks and paddle boards with our own dock access to the lake. The entire home was clean and communication with Zach was effortless as he was super responsive. Overall would recommend for groups looking to stay outside of Austin but still have access to the city and fun outdoor activities.
