CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

We loved the condo! Very clean, the beds were SO comfortable, spacious balcony with comfortable furniture, great location, clean beach with easy access. 10/10!!

From beginning to end, the process was simple and seamless…exactly what we needed. The unit was clean and welcoming. Exceptional communication with hosts. We had no issues and we’ll definitely return.

The condo was clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with glasses, dishes, etc. The bed was very comfortable and nice towels and linens. The kitchen and bathrooms need new cabinets/vanities to take this place to a five star rating. The outdoor furniture needs new cushions. Overall the condo complex looked “tired.” The beach was beautiful, view is outstanding, and the weather decent so we had a good time. We have been to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach twice now. Time for us to explore other beaches!

The condo was great good views from the patio. The only problem we had was noise three nights out of the five that we stayed there from the apartment next-door and apartment above us at the same people were there. I would not stay there again.
