In a few minutes you can reach Wilhelmstrasse, which invites you to stroll and linger. The Baltic Sea beach with the wonderful pier is only about 200m away. The bus stop is approx. 600 m away and the Rasenden Rolands train station is a 15-minute walk away. The leisure pool is about 800m away. Each apartment has a parking space on the property. A children's playground and a barbecue area are also available. The house Lausitz has a separate common room with up to 40 seats, closable and separate kitchen and toilets. The sauna is chargeable. For cyclists and hikers it is an ideal starting point for their activities. Free WiFi is available in the property.
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment hotel! From the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even for our early check-inat 11am.
The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very well-equipped — it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The location is excellent — close to public transport, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. A experience!
