Property location great! However the front storm door wouldn't close. The door cylinder pin was missing so door closer not working. Home was full of flying insects. Had to purchase bug spray. The screened in area was unfit for anyone to use. I had to contact property manager for housekeeping to come clean and they didn't get there until the next day. It was unbelievably dirty. There was wood, dirt, etc. on the table, floor, and everywhere. The igniter on the gas grill was not working, making the grill a safety hazard to lite. The grill was filty! Other amenities were great!Walter H.9/1/25-9/7/25

It was so nice to have the outside patio so family could come over and we cooked our evening meal. It was nice and peaceful, just what we needed.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit was clean but had a unpleasent smell. The stove had been sprayed with cleaner and when we turned it on smoke filled up the whole house. THe porch and patio furniture needs to be updated. We like staying in Fairways but would not book this house again.
