Other Disclosures



*. Steps Disclosure: 15+ steps at the entrance. This is a basement unit of a single-family house with separate entry.

*. Parking Disclosure: There is one garage available (Garage No.1) with keypad access. Please note the garage is compact and suitable only for small or compact-sized vehicles.There are also many free street parking available.

*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC but controlled by upstairs unit.

*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests in the upstairs unit, so some noise is possible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay. There is no shared space. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
