GOOD TO KNOW

• Split-level home: a few steps between the indoor levels

• This is our personal home: a few closets and drawers hold our belongings and are kept closed

• Mid-century character: as the hillside cools in the evening, the exposed wood-beam ceilings may creak or tick as the wood settles. It's completely normal for this architecture

• Parking: one car in the driveway (garage not available) plus free street parking; please never block a neighbor's driveway

• Up to 6 guests, all on the reservation; visitors with approval. No parties, events or filming

• Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM

• Pool heating on request: $250/week or $750/month with 48 hours' notice

• Fire pit: message us before lighting; use may be restricted for fire safety

• A neighbor's construction may be audible on some weekdays

• Stays: 3 nights Thursday–Sunday; 5-night minimum otherwise. Weekly and monthly discounts available
