Magnificent villa *****, close to the beaches, a swimming pool just for you at 29°, enclosed garden, sleeps 10.
Villa Lisa: Design and elegance, located in a quiet residential area above Sainte Anne beach and close to the heart of the town centre and its amenities, for a great holiday.
This beautiful 214 m2 house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two separate toilets offers excellent living comfort. The children's bedroom has two bunk beds, so they're sure to have fun.
For babies we can provide a cot, high chair and baby bath.
Villa Lisa has been designed, built and furnished by its owners to offer you a warm and friendly space in which to spend quality time with family and friends.
The large 60 m2 kitchen/lounge/living room faces south and west, and has a large terrace and patio, an open-air space at the heart of the villa.
The covered swimming pool, heated to 29°C and totally secure, is particularly pleasant and popular with young and old alike!
You can sunbathe on the large south-facing wooden terrace and enjoy a glass of cider while the children play in the pool. There's also a barbecue, garden furniture for 10 people and a large 3 x 3 metre parasol.

Sun and sandy beaches, country walks or the GR34 hiking trail, relaxation or plenty of exercise.
Saint Pol de Léon is certainly one of Brittany's most attractive and picturesque towns, with a pretty cathedral and historic circular chapel, whose tower (accessed by 162 steps) gives you a magnificent panoramic view of the whole region.
Other beautiful walks to discover include the island of Batz and its exotic garden, and Roscoff, a "little city of character" that has preserved its architectural heritage from the 16th and 17th centuries. The Château du Taureau in the Bay of Morlaix, etc.
The large family beach at Sainte-Anne (blue flag label) near the rental property is supervised (by the fire brigade lifeguards) in summer. It has 2 seawater pools and a diving board.
The Super U supermarket, ten minutes from the villa, is open every day of the year and on Sunday mornings.

Beautiful, well equipped villa in a lovely location. The pool was great and used regularly during our stay. The villa had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return in the future.

Villa Lisa in early May.We have stayed in many holiday villas throughout Europe but the ultra modern Villa Lisa is completely outstanding in every respect. It is equipped with everything and more that a family could need, by far the best equipped villa we have experienced. The furniture is both attractive and comfortable, and the villa is scrupulously clean and tidy. The heated indoor pool is gorgeous, the only slight drawback is that it has no shallow end so may not suit small kids/non-swimmers. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is only a short drive /walk to the beach and the attractive local town with a SuperU.We can highly recommend this villa.

Modern, well equipped with private garden and patio area with excellent indoor heated swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms were south facing and got rather warm on sunny days.

Comfortable, spacious house with all the necessary equipment. The pool was fantastic and easy to use. The house was very clean, comfortable beds with extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Highly recommended for family stays or groups of adults. Loved the location.
