The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

Things did not start well as the outside patio was a mess and we discovered that the morning storm had blown the patio doors open on the 2nd and 3rd floor causing the respective rugs to get wet. This should have been found before we checked in, but the next morning the rugs were removed and the patio was cleaned up and from there everything was very good. The house is very nice, but the elevator was not working so climbing to the 3rd level was a little challenging for the senior in the group. The pool was virtually across the street which was VERY convenient. This house is located on the south side, so there is still construction going on and some of the amenities the north side has are not yet available. If you are looking for larger homes the south side has a greater variety. Cinnamon Shores is an excellent community which I do recommend, and they handled all of my issues quickly and professionally.
