Our stay was wonderful. It was so family friendly, enough room for our multi generation visit. Even had a pack and play set up in an upstairs room, and a twin bed in the basement. Easily slept 10 of us. Everything was very clean. Communication with Matt was easy with always a quick response. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The house was great—clean, uncluttered and comfortable throughout. Our family of 6 had plenty of space with beds unused even. Our 12 year old loved the 70’s room in the basement and instantly claimed that bedroom for himself. The house is older and smells a little stuffy at first. We didn’t notice it after about the first 30 seconds inside. I absolutely recommend this home!

This is our 4th stay at the property. It's just as advertised and perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for walking our dog. This time we extended our stay by one day at the start. I messaged the host and he made the process very easy.

We had a very nice stay. The home was quaint and comfortable. It is in a residential area, but close to the business areas of town. The house was clean. The bed rooms were good sized. I saw that another reviewer commented that the appliances were older - that is correct, but they worked perfectly and are in great condition. My adult children LOVED the downstairs - walls shag carpeted half way up and a corded phone. Dining room area was a bit small, but we were in the area for a wedding, so this did not affect our stay. The communication with the host was good. We would gladly stay here again if we had a need to be in the area again.
