This was our second time staying here. Excellent location, close to everything. The pool was a big plus. Look forward to staying again in the future.

The best part of our stay was the location of the property. We were close to shopping and restaurants, and the beach was about a mile away. We walked everywhere which was convenient. The only downside to the property was that it was a bit worn in terms of the rug and an unclean-able kitchen floor. We stayed for a month so those details mattered to us.All in all, it was a nice place to land and call home for a month.

On the third floor overlooking Centennial Part and Venice Avenue, this charming condo is located on the historic Kentucky Military Institute (KMI) building. Numerous restaurants and shops are located within a five minute walk from your front door. 30 day minimum.

For Seasonal Rental:
Included in rent: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Cable TV, Internet, Landscaping.
Community: Community Pool, Onsite Laundry, Elevator
Pets: No
Pool: Community
Association: Approval application required
Paid in full under 90 days, $500 security deposit, $150 clean, plus 12% tax.

The best part of our stay was the location of the property. We were close to shopping and restaurants, and the beach was about a mile away. We walked everywhere which was convenient.
