Villa Melia is a two-storey, 60 m² villa at Thalasses Villas, a beachfront estate of five villas in Pigianos Kampos, Crete. It suits a couple on a romantic seaside break or a family of 4.

Sea-view master suite: upstairs, the larger bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an indoor hydromassage bathtub and opens onto a private terrace overlooking the sea, the countryside and the estate`s vegetable gardens.

Your own pool and hot tub: the fenced private garden with lawn and flowers has a swimming pool with hydromassage features, a child safety alarm and sun loungers, plus a private outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) for up to 3 people, an outdoor seating area and a charcoal barbecue. Pool heating is available on request at extra charge, with at least one week`s notice.

Beachfront estate with services: a beach area in front of the villas has sun loungers and umbrellas reserved for guests, and the larger natural beach lies in front of the estate. Included: welcome basket, housekeeping with linen and towel change every 3 days, pool towels and pool cleaning 2-3 times a week. Children can enjoy the shared playground, board games and the Nintendo Wii.

The space
Ground floor: open-plan lounge with satellite HDTV and Nintendo Wii, indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Large glass doors open onto the terrace.
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 1 king bed. A bathroom is also on this floor.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs master): 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, private sea-view terrace.
2 bathrooms in total. Cocomat mattresses and Apivita toiletries are provided.

Practical points
Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. Free parking on the premises, shared by the five villas. Shared estate facilities also include vegetable gardens and a breakfast area. Breakfast, daily housekeeping, massage, excursions, car or bicycle rental, airport transfers and a private chef can be arranged on request at extra charge.

Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor of each villa. The vegetable garden, outdoor playground, breakfast area and parking space are shared between all 5 villas of the complex.

Keys are handed over at the Thalasses Villas reception, open daily 07:00-23:00. If you will arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it. The reception team and our concierge are on hand before and during your stay for recommendations, excursions and services on request, and you receive a pre-arrival guide with useful information about the villa and the area.

Thalasses Villas stand on the seafront in Pigianos Kampos, a peaceful area of Crete. A beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas reserved for guests lies directly in front of the villas, and a larger natural beach stretches in front of the estate. Within the estate there is a children`s playground, a breakfast area and vegetable gardens where produce for guests` breakfasts is grown. Heraklion airport is approx. 72.8 km away and Chania airport approx. 77.4 km.

Getting around: the area can be explored by bus, on foot or by bicycle, and car or bicycle rental and airport transfers can be arranged on request at extra charge. - Check-in 16:00-23:00, check-out by 10:00. Keys are collected at reception; please share your arrival time in advance.
- Maximum 4 guests; unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. No parties or events, no pets, no smoking inside.
- Pool heating is on request at extra charge and needs at least one week`s notice. Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool.
- Quiet hours are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00.
- A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in.
