With 55 square meters of space, it accommodates up to 4 people with two single beds and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.
Strategically located in the center of Bologna: just a short walk from Porta Castiglione and Giardini Margherita.
It’s the ideal place for short stays, whether for business or pleasure: the area is full of restaurants, bars, shops, places to enjoy an aperitif, and many other amenities.

LIVING AREA. Living room with a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a conventional oven and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM. Two single beds
BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, and hair dryer.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Fan, free unlimited Wi-Fi, smart TV, iron, and clothesline.
Crib for infants available upon request (for a fee).
Many public parking spots near the Giardini Margherita (no restricted traffic zone).
Staveco paid parking 5 minutes’ walk away (not in a restricted traffic zone).
Guest access
The entire home is for guests’ exclusive use during their stay.
