This property is in a great location, within two-blocks of the WE-GO bus stop that takes you to Niagara Falls attractions. We found the property clean. The breakfast provided us with a variety of food items that we enjoyed including fresh fruit and items accommodating a non-dairy diet. The host gave us the option of when we would like to have it delivered! The host was good at communicating with us before and during our stay. We visited during July, but the unit was kept cool by several air-conditioning units located throughout the property. We enjoyed the front porch and the back patio during the morning and evenings.

I was there with my 3 adult children. It was great that we each had our own room and bath!! It’s an old house but the bathrooms and kitchen have all been updated. The owner delivered a bountiful breakfast every morning! The description indicates a washer and dryer but there wasn’t one there. All in all it was a very pleasant place to stay with lots of room for everyone in the house with a lovely backyard and front porch.

This is great home base for a large family to be close to everything the Niagara area has to offer. The home is an older home, but well maintained. Everything works. Hot water was plentiful and the individual room AC's worked great at keeping each room at the perfect temperature. Plenty of parking space in the driveway for multiple cars. Very quiet neighborhood and a nice walking park within 50 feet for pets. Enclosed, well maintained back yard.

I traveled with a group of five. The check-in process was relatively smooth, although we were given the wrong code for the key lockbox. The house appeared to be clean, and the factual information about the house (e.g., number of rooms) seemed to be accurate. However, my group agreed that the pictures of the house were misleading in that some of the items (e.g., table lamps and a rug in the living room) were not actually present in the house. The pictures online may be from a staging and do not reflect the reality of the house. The location of the house was perfect. My group had a safety concern about the house. While the bathrooms were nicely updated, the upstairs bathtubs were very slippery, so much so that my elderly parents were unable to use their ensuite shower due to fall risk. The basic upkeep of the house was somewhat lacking. There were burned out lightbulbs, broken furniture, and unstable shelving. The breakfast food was amazing! The host asked us when we would prefer it to be delivered and, unfortunately, it was never actually delivered within the time frame we requested. Overall, it was a fine rental for our purposes. However, it could be an excellent rental with a few modification.
