Second level includes huge deck with Gulf views, living, dining, kitchen, 2 guest bedrooms & 2 full baths, one with a whirlpool tub! Upper level includes spacious master suite & private deck with Gulf views! Lost Colony Villas offers spaciousness and privacy, community swimming pool, and direct beach access! No garage access. Property was exactly as depicted by the listing. We loved the house and the neighborhood. The walk to the beach was 5-10 minutes but worth it for the location. The beach itself was STUNNING and almost completely empty most of the day (on a holiday week!). We look forward to returning next summer.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay! The fully stocked Kitchen came in handy. Very quiet area. Nothing to complain about.

I had such a relaxing getaway. The Neighborhood was quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of being in town. The amenities were all very nice and comfortable. Easy and quick communication from property management. I will be returning to this property.

Reviewer Comments:
This is my fifth year straight staying here - 40 nights. The only investment I can see is a new washer. The blue couch and brown chair in living room are old and worn and the couch has this layer of brown in places. That pillow with the star always displayed is dirty. The chair is so wallowed out you have to stack pillows to fill the back to sit comfortably. The main tv has four no pixel lines across it for past 3 years. Some outlets don’t work. Beds are old. It’s just been ignored and has become more like a fishing house versus beach villa. Shame. Lot of memories but at these prices I can’t recommend it unless it gets some upgrades. We made our annual reservation for next year elsewhere.
