Discover our charming rustic villa, perfect for an unforgettable family stay. The house comfortably accommodates 6 guests, with the option to extend up to 9. Spread over five floors, each bedroom is on a separate level and has its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone.

Enjoy terraces and balconies with stunning sea views, or relax in the spacious living room with a fireplace—ideal for sharing moments all year round. Outside, the gardens, private pool, and barbecue area create the perfect setting for both children and adults to make the most of their time. The villa offers spaces for gathering as a family and quiet corners for peaceful rest. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare any meal with ease.

We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, so please follow these simple rules: keep things peaceful—parties and loudspeakers are not allowed to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. Responsible bookings only: we do not accept groups or young groups; rentals are for families to ensure a calm environment. Respect quiet hours to guarantee good coexistence. Upon arrival, the reservation holder will sign the house rules to maintain harmony. Please present the ID documents of all guests at check-in. Do not exceed the number of guests allowed in the booking. We love pets: they are welcome, but let us know before your arrival so we can prepare.
