Lovely area. Cute house. Just needs to have the cleaning crew do a better job. Thick dust on staircase, sticky stuff on remotes and the glass that covered the fireplace was covered in spots/dirt, etc. Was some stains on the carpet (like bleach stains) and front porch railing needs to be repaired, but these are all cosmetic and an easy fix. As far as the location and amenities provided, no complaints.

This location was perfect for our extended family to visit my son who goes to school at Anshutz. We stayed for 4 nights and it was incredibly comfortable and exactly what we needed, except for the dishwasher not working, so that was an inconvenience. The host apologized for this and sent the maintenance man, but he was unable to fix it while we were there. The beds were comfortable and clean. We wished there would have been more seating in the living room, but we made it work. The downstairs area was big enough, but not a convenient place for all of us to hang out. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Aurora, Denver and Boulder. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we loved seeing all the people walking by with their dogs. Communication with the host was prompt and we were very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Kitchen fully stocked. Nice area nearby to run/hike. Lots of room. Comfy lower level like having a separate apartment.
