Great location - quiet but close to the main drag, well appointed and clean. Amy was also incredibly responsive to any questions both before and during our stay. Highly recommend

Great place to chill, 35 min walk to beach, nice area

Great host and great location close to downtown Santa Barbara and the beach! We walked nearly the entire time we were there and rarely had to use a car. The Mission is also within walking distance to the house. Ideal location for families or couples visiting the area!

Great little place in a great little neighborhood. Host was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

Please remind guests that they need to move their car for street sweeper we received a 60 ticket. Came home in dark each day and didn’t see the signs sign. Patio not clean spider webs and dust. Webs on gate to get in. Rugs in home very used.
