It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Great location, apartment is on a street known for famous tapas! Everything is in walking distance. Great host very responsive and flexible. Would highly recommend if planning on visiting Madrid for a city break!

What we loved the most about these apartments was how cozy and comfortable they were, located in a brand-new building with the perfect location for exploring Madrid. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need - every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The communication with Elena was very pleasant and efficient, and the welcome surprise was a delightful touch. We were truly impressed. A wonderful place, definitely recommended.

Wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making everything smooth and stress-free. The place was just as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Highly recommend!
