The Space:
This sunny three bedroom holiday home is tucked away in Northlake, Wanaka's newest subdivision, backing onto reserve area with gorgeous views. BBQ with family on the deck and take in the exceptional mountain views that Wanaka is famous for. Very close to the Outlet, amazing bike and walking trails, and the Hello Ranger Cafe Restaurant, it's the perfect space to spend a great holiday.
The living area features an open plan kitchen/lounge space with a great wood burner with firewood supplied (winter only). The kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of cooking utensils and tableware. The heat pump will keep the house beautifully warm and the fire is perfect for those cold winter nights.
Master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen and the third has 2 king singles suitable for adults.
Adventure, rest, relax - you choose how you spend your time out! After a day out in Wanaka come back and enjoy a wine while the sun sets on the deck. This little gem has everything your family will need for the perfect Wanaka holiday.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Fantastic place, would stay again

Clean and well presented. Local cafe in walking distance is excellent. Convenient short drive to down town and also new New Worl supermarket. Easy to get to Cardrona.

Overall we had a good stay at Obelisk Street. The property was warm and functional for our time in Wanaka.
The house wasn’t cleaned on our arrival, had to leave and wait for property to be cleaned / beds to be changed.

Well-equipped, new & modern house close to Albertown & Wanaka township. Spacious enough for six-person family. Good value for money. Easy access to Lake Outlet for kayak/boat launch. Close to Sticky Forest/Hikuwai Loop Track/Kids Zone for biking. Can recommend. Would stay again.
