Historic duplex in the Stockyards neighborhood. Owner occupied lower unit and rental in upper unit. Guest access using keypad door lock. Rental unit is upstairs, 2nd level. Unit includes eat-in-kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, closet and dresser storage, and blackout curtains for a comfy night's sleep. Living room has plenty of lounging space and Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to dine in, prep snacks, or heat up takeout leftovers. There are two ring security cameras on the property; one one front door of the home and one on the garage facing down the driveway.
We are located 5-12 minutes by car from I-90, Tremont, A Christmas Story house, Ohio City, the West Side Market, CLE Hopkins Airport, Edgewater Beach, Whiskey Island, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Science Center, the CLE Aquarium, Progressive Field, FirstEnergy Stadium, the JACK, Lakewood Park, Little Italy, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Museum of Natural History.

We really really enjoyed our stay here! It was very cozy - in fact we felt like we were at home! Everything was very clean and well thought out; and the beds were insanely comfortable!! I would 100% recommend staying here.

Fantastic upper unit in an owner occupied. The hosts were lovely to chat with and all amenities as described in the listing.

Property was clean and the communications with the host were good. The unit is on the second floor and the steps leading up to it aren’t easy to navigate with your hands full of stuff. The area where it is located isn’t very desirable, for that reason alone we would not return.
