This house was perfect for our group with children. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, a high chair, and a pack n play crib. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. It wasn’t warm enough to swim but there was a play set just down the street that our 3 and 4 year olds loved. There were no children’s plates or cups so everything was breakable. Be advised you may want to bring your own. The garage was accessible.
