Apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with flat-screen TV, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and laundry room.
Equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, espresso/filter coffee maker, and electric kettle.
I’ll be available via instant messaging.
I’ll suggest sightseeing options, a tourist guide, restaurant recommendations, and an online map with all this information.
I recommend a car rental company that offers the following advantages over the competition:
1. Comprehensive insurance included (CDW+TP+Third-Party Liability)
2. A discount of €0.02 per liter on fuel at partner gas stations
3. Car drop-off and pick-up at the apartment
Traveling with a larger group? Both apartments can be booked together in the same building (one on the 1st floor, the other on the 2nd floor) so everyone stays close by with extra space and privacy.

A great apartment close to downtown! Although downtown is a 15-20 minute walk, we preferred being a little outside of the city center because parking was generally a breeze compared to the narrow streets and tight parking in downtown Ponta Delgada. There were usually multiple spots right in front of the property. The apartment was spacious and cozy. It had everything we needed to self cater, and there’s a huge supermarket within easy walking distance. Carlos was a great host. His communication with us was detailed and thorough. The check in process was very smooth, as Carlos provided us with clear instructions with pictures. He was also great about giving us recommendations for restaurants and activities. We highly recommend this property!

Great stay! Stayed for 3 weeks Nov-Dec. Host took care of any issues we had right away. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk into town. Well stocked kitchen. Nice view from the balcony. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance to all restaurants, shopping mall and supermarket. A must stay. The host is great to deal with and was very helpful to us when we needed help with a couple of issues. A musy stay, you will not be disappointed.
