Ocean House #1506 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 5th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and shower and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. King, Queen, Queen, Queen. No sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8
Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

The unit was nice clean plenty of cooking utensils and few pans for cooking I loved that each room had its own bathroom that was nice place was just as it shows location was great would definitely stay there again

The location was excellent as it was close to many restaurants and attractions; the Ocean view was wonderful; and the beach access was great. However, the elevator doors would not open on the 5th floor. We reported it and were advised it was fixed but it happened multiple times after we were told it was fixed. The sheets in 2 of the 3 BRs had stains on them. We called for new sheets but didn't receive them until the next day. The satellite service was Dish and it was constantly freezing then going out. Wi-Fi was pretty spotty as well. Some days we had service; some days we didn't. We called about the wifi and were told the Wi-Fi was going up and down because they were working on the elevator. We will stay in the area again but not at this location. There were too many issues we had to deal with and that's not something we like to do on vacation.
