The location was perfect. So much nearby. We had what we needed in the house. The only issue is the 10 person accommodations. The sofa in the living room is not a futon. When I reached out to clarify, I was told there was an air mattress in the ottoman. Not ideal, but it worked for the few nights we stayed. We did not do a lot of hanging out at the house but would have been plenty comfortable if we had. Owner was responsive when needed and I appreciated that.

We had a great stay and loved the location! Plenty of space for our group of 8 with easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Patterson Park has multiple paths for walking or running and is just a couple blocks away. Zachary is an outstanding host. He responded promptly to questions and provided great recommendations.
