Your vacation begins the moment you enter the property; palm and olive trees line the path to the finca. You enter the main house through a bright living room with cozy seating and a fireplace. The light colors and Mallorcan decor create a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The living area flows into an open dining area with a kitchen, perfect for cooking together. The rustic table seats up to 6 people. The kitchen has everything you need; it’s equipped with a fridge-freezer, an oven with a ceramic cooktop and range hood, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Direct access to the terrace allows you to move freely between the indoor and outdoor areas.

The two bedrooms are accessed via a separate hallway off the living room. Each bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a toilet, sink, and large shower; another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is located next to the second bedroom. All rooms are equipped with heating or air conditioning.

In addition to the main house, a casita for two additional guests is available for rent. It is located 8 meters from the main house and offers an additional bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom (toilet and walk-in shower). The bedroom features natural stone finishes, a corner bathtub, and a fireplace.
A washing machine and an iron are available for your use in a small, separate laundry house.

The grounds, planted with palm, olive, and citrus trees and featuring a private well that ensures the water supply, round out the Mediterranean-Mallorcan ambiance.

The finca features a secluded pool (9 m x 5 m x 1.5 m) with beautiful terrace areas and an outdoor shower. Throughout the property, you’ll find spacious sunbathing areas—some covered and shaded, others open—that invite you to relax and unwind.

The nearest beaches, such as Cala Mesquida, Cala Bona, and Cala Aguilla, are just a few minutes’ drive away. The house is the ideal vacation spot for those seeking peace and quiet, golfers, hikers, and especially for guests who want to discover and enjoy the beauty of Mallorca far away from package tourism.
