1. How do I get the key?
A: The key is kept on site.
2. Is it near the beach? How far is it?
A: It's 700 meters from the beach. We recommend going by car, as the best beaches are about 1.3 km away, including the beach at SESC Bertioga.
3- What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in at 2:00 PM and Check-out at 12:00 PM (Regardless of your check-in time)
4- Can I arrive in the morning? Can I check in earlier? What time can I arrive on the day of my reservation?
A: Early check-in is subject to availability and an additional charge applies for check-in after 8:00 AM.
5 - What time can I leave? Can I check out at night?
A: Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM (no delays). Extended check-out is subject to availability and an additional charge for check-out until 5:00 PM.
6- Can you check the calendar to see if I can start earlier?
A: No, because our calendar is open to more than one portal, so we can have bookings at any time.
7 - Does it have chairs, umbrellas, etc.?
A: Check the photos; if your apartment shows a picture of the Beach Kit, you can use it.
8- Is it near the bus station?
A: Yes, 5 minutes by car.
9. What is the daily rate? What is the total cost?
A: I can't see it because the calculation is all done by the website, so you can consider the final value and there won't be a problem.
10- What is the payment method?
A: Credit card only.
11- Is the price per day or per person?
A: Per day, only for the number of people in the reservation, excluding additional charges.
12-What is the address?
A: We are not allowed to give out the address, but it's located in Jardim Rafael, Bertioga, a neighborhood next to Sesc, which should help you find it.
13-Which floor is it on?
A: Information available in the listing details.
14-Do you accept pets? Is there a fee?
A: Yes, in some apartments, please check the listing details. Important: Only small pets are allowed with an additional fee of R$30.00 per pet.
15-Are there any shops nearby?
A: Yes, the market and the pharmacy.
16-Is there parking?
A: Not on-site, but there is paid parking 200 meters away.
17-Do you have kitchen utensils?
A: Yes, all of them!
18-Do you have bed linens?
A: We don't provide them, but we have some kits for urgent use, with a small fee depending on the items you will use.
19-This is my first time using the app. Is it safe? How does it work?
A: Yes, here you have all the guarantees, refunds, etc.
20- Is it near Riviera?
A: 12 minutes by car.
21-You don't charge for cleaning, but is the place clean?
A: The place is always clean, however, if upon arrival you find anything wrong, please let me know, as the previous guest will be charged R$70.00.

22- Do you have cleaning products in the house?
A: Yes, we leave the necessary supplies to maintain the place, but it's possible that your reservation has run out of them.
