Why stay in a crowded motel or unit when you can have your own private, fully furnished two-bedroom cottage?
Barney Point Cottage offers comfort, space, and character – perfect for short visits or extended stays.
Inside, you’ll find multiple living areas to relax in, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Dine indoors or make the most of Gladstone’s fantastic weather with two private outdoor areas, including an enclosed all-weather space for when the skies aren’t so kind. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy a drink, and unwind.
Love to cook? The fully equipped kitchen has you covered – or take a short 1–2 minute stroll to local cafés, fish and chip shops, or the friendly Yaralla Sports Club. Yaralla offers a variety of dining options plus activities such as bingo three times a week, Friday night raffles, pokies, a fitness centre, and a bowling green.
Your peace of mind is important to us – the property is fully fenced and gated, with a carport big enough to accommodate both your car and a boat, all behind a secure gate.
Barney Point Cottage is an ideal base to explore the Gladstone region:
3–5 minute drive to the city centre
Walking distance to beautiful Barney Point Beach
Short drive to Tannum Sands (swimming) and Boyne Island (fishing)

This little cottage was perfect for our short stay in Gladstone to visit. The property was presentable and homely, and we felt safe and secure while visiting. We will definitely be returning when we’re back for future visits with family.

Very neat n tidy. Comfortable inside and outdoor setting areas. Visiting new grandson and family members who loved the cottage style of the home.
