This stylish single level 4 bedroom home is the perfect combo of beach and family! Enjoy this beautiful oasis w/ a backyard, Pool & Spa plus a custom BBQ.

TVs: are all smart TVs. Please sign in with your own accounts (Netflix, etc.)
Garage/Game Room: Pool table, tall bar table, board games, TV, lounging area.
Backyard/Side Yard: Feel free to use everything: giant connect 4 and Jenga, boccie ball, lounge chairs, firepit, TV, BBQ, drink fridge
Pool/Spa: Pool heater is available for an additional nightly fee, please inquire about price. To turn on spa, please download Pentair Screen Logic. Do not turn on the pool as you will be charged a $100 minimum nightly fee. Keep watch over children at all times.
Neighbors/Neighborhood: Sea Ridge is a quiet area with a mix of families, and seniors with all single family homes. Please be considerate to everyone and mind the quiet hours.

Quiet Hours: Please make sure to note that quiet hours begin at 9pm. This is a family friendly neighborhood and all we ask is to make sure we respect the neighbors surrounding this home. This is not a party house. If you are in the backyard using the pool, TV or BBQ area, please be sure to be mindful of noise. No music after 7pm. See house rules below for more detailed information.
BBQ: connected to a natural gas line, Please be sure to turn off the gas after use and double check the gas is off and burner not still on.
Laundry is locate in garage
Parking: Please park in the driveway, which can fit 2 cars on the paved
concrete and an additional 3rd car on the unpaved landscape. It is best to not park on the street but if you do, street-sweeping happens every Wednesday. (check signs)
Indoor fireplace and outdoor do not work.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool.
This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area from 9pm- 9 AM.
No music in backyard after 7 PM. ( Music during the day must be at a low volume)
No profanity music. Family Friendly neighborhood
POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
Nov - Feb: $175 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $150 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).
Pool Heating:
The Listed rate includes heating to a maximum temperature of 85 degrees. Choose a maximum temperature of 80 degrees for $25 less per night.
Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.
You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.
The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.
Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.
Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

What a gem. It was perfect for our family getaway. You could literally spend a vacation onsite! Outdoor games, pool, hot tub and inside has the garage game room with pool table and arcades. Kitchen and family room are open and welcoming and have everything you need to relax and make yourself feel like home. Mo is a great communicator and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It’s not a perfect place but for the money it’s amazing. Be prepared to open windows at night to cool the home down as there is no a/c but it does cool quickly and there is a fan in every room. The bunk beds are just ok for adults to sleep on. We had some ducks that made a mess in the pool a couple of times but Mo was very responsive to get it cleaned up. Overall I would still give it a 5 star!

Overall a great family house. There were some minor issues that could use maintenance, but the pool and the yard and games more than made up for it. The kids were in the pool constantly while the adults enjoyed the adjoining hot tub.

The home was great. We had a great time. It had a lot to offer and plenty of things to do around the house. They offered beach equipment and towels for beach/water fun. Very well put together. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for my family. The kitchen was fully stocked. Mo responded quickly when I sent a message. The only downside was that the appliances were a little dated and it took a long time for the oven to heat up. We didn’t get to enjoy the jacuzzi because it took too long to heat up as well. Also they had a cracked window in the master room and a few ripped screens, in which I reported. Also no communication about the covered RV on the side of the house that blocked sunshine in side rooms when opening the windows. Other than that I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
