The family oriented neighborhood is one of the most desired in Indian Rocks Beach. You will often find people out riding their bikes, riding in golf carts, walking their dogs, or out for a run. There are many local restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes close by and of course the beach is only a 3 minute walk (2.5 blocks).
Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals! This SINGLE FAMILY HOME is in a great neighborhood that is family friendly and laid back with FREE parking in the driveway. The front door is a digital key pad.
This single family home has recently been completely renovated post hurricane; brand new kitchen, new flooring, fresh paint inside and out, and all new furniture. The best part....the home sits DIRECTLY on the intracoastal. The water is in the backyard where you can fish and watch the marine life. Drink your morning coffee on the dock and watch the sunset at night. You can bring your boat and tie up to the dock and walk less than 2 blocks to the beach.
The master bedroom has a king, the 2 guest bedrooms have queens, and the sleeper is a queen.
*There is a washer and dryer inside for guest use.
Private parking is available in the home’s driveway. The beach is a short 2-3 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach access and there are many local restaurants and shops several within walking distance or a short drive.
*PET FRIENDLY! The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max). When booking, you must add this line item.
*Bring your boat and tie up to the dock (bring your bumpers).
*And YES, you can swim and fish off the dock!
*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.
*Pack & Play available upon request. Please let us know upon booking.
****If guest cancels their booking AT ANY POINT AFTER RESERVING with V R B O or Direct they will be NOT be refunded the 4% processing fee (regardless of what is stated on V R B O).
*We provide our guests with a beach wagon, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs for your convenience.

Great stay with 21.5 ft Tidewater! Tied off perpendicular to dock end during unusually low tide and easily repositioned once water level rose. Learned to paddle board with hosts’ equipment. Walked to beautiful white powder sand beach. Very responsive hosts!

The house is exactly what it’s said in the descriptions easily accessible to the beach and park. The only thing in the House really needed was a portable vacuum for the floors because they were tile flooring and sweeping was just pushing the dirt around. I’m not sure but I prefer a few spices salt and pepper shakers the house had no cooking supplies whatsoever just pots and pans an the bare minimum which I understand. A lot of people do go out to eat, but with a family, we try to prepare at at least two meals at home.

We had a fun stay and the location could not have been better. Having a backyard on the bay and a short walk to the gulf were lovely. We loved all of the beach and outdoor accessories. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly to all of our questions.
