we had a great time during our stay and Olga was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Olga promptly returned our calls when we had concerns and provided us with a great list of things to do and places to eat.The house was clean and had multiple options for sleeping. Although the listing references a communal pool, we felt the cost to use it was expensive, and therefore the children were disappointed in not being able to go swimming. The dining area and living room were great in accommodating all 12 of us. We had a bit of trouble with nighttime creatures which made it hard to have a fire at night. It also would've been nice to be able to adjust the air conditioning on a couple of the hot days, however, this could've been our fault as we didn't reach out to Olga to ask about adjusting it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything from the check-in to communication with the host was prompt and smooth. The place was clean and felt spacious. We had a family gathering of 15 people and felt comfortable hanging out all together in the living and dining room. The house was furnished with everything that we needed.There were lots of things to do both inside (game room and hot tub/ sauna) and outside (kayak, paddle boat, swing/play set, and lawn space to play). We had a great time and would definitely stay here in the future.

Olga was a wonderful and attentive host. The space is large and accommodates a lot of people. We were here with three generations of our family and there were things for everyone to do. The kids loved the swing set/climbing structure and the dock and boats. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen is well-stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, etc. Community amenities—beaches and pools—were beautiful and the staff lovely to deal with. All required drives of about 5-10 minutes. Thanks for hosting us!

My husband and I rented this house for our vacation with our 3 children, their spouses and our 7 grandchildren ages 13-6 months. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 15 of us, including a couple cribs and toddler beds. We enjoyed all the house had to offer. The playground, the dock fishing, the boats, and even basketball in the driveway. We had pool competitions and air hockey competitions.We also enjoyed all of the amenities the plan offers. Pools, lakes, beaches and pickleball. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay, I can’t recommend this house enough. Thank you Olga for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful house and for the great service!
