Wake up to sweeping Lake Huron views from your own private point—this 3-bedroom, 1-bath ranch sits on over 3.5 acres and offers 300 feet of stunning waterfront. With space to sleep up to 8 guests, it’s the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and classic Up North beauty.

Perched on a point, the property offers expansive views of beautiful Lake Huron—complete with freighters passing in the distance. Spend your days out on the water with the included canoe and four kayaks, or relax along the shoreline and take in the sights and sounds of nature.

There’s even a charming treehouse near the main home, perfect for younger guests to explore and play. Swimming is also an option here, though water shoes are recommended due to the rocky shoreline.

Inside, the home offers approximately 1,250 square feet of comfortable living space, along with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Located close to trail access yet tucked into a quiet, private setting, this home is ideal for those looking to truly get away—whether that means adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both.
