This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

We stayed at Wander Inn for a week with a group of 12, ranging in age from 3 to 87. This house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and felt much roomier than we expected. The setting was amazing, with plenty of wildlife to enjoy. The kids especially loved the game room, the large clean hot tub, and the outdoor areas.One minor issue is that the boat dock is about a quarter of a mile away and there is no vehicle parking, so you have to either carry everything to the dock on foot or have any needed gear equipment dropped off at top of the trail leading to the dock.All-in-all, we give this house a resounding 5 stars and would highly recommend it to other visitors.

Place was very clean, had great hangout spots inside for large groups and was at a great location. However the check out process was a bit much, especially considering how early we had to check out (10am). They required us to clean and put away all dishes (simply running the dishwasher before departing was not acceptable), take all the trash out and put it in the receptacle at the end of the very long driveway, strip all beds, and wipe down the fridge and countertops. If I am already paying for the cleaning fee, why do I also have to clean?
