This beautiful open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!
The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.
The gas firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities! In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. This property in Moab was perfect for us. Each bedroom (3) with a bathroom, all areas on the ground level, and a garage! The kitchen was well equipped, and the entire property was spotless!!

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location was a bit further from town than I anticipated but we made it work.

The address does not match the actual street the condo is on. The code they sent was the wrong code. It was hard to get ahold of someone to sort things out.The contact/host person advised they would send us their number but never did or contacted us again, we even called VRBO again and told them we had never been re-contacted. They advised they would contact the host and have them reach out to us. Never heard back, never did get the code so we could use the pool. Condo was good but communication was poor. I have rented numerous houses through VRBO and this is the poorest communication by far.The house we moved to in Kanab sent us everything a couple of days before we arrived, codes, directions and phone numbers to contact hosts in the area.This condo we received the code and only the code the day before and nothing else.Would have given the condo a 5, if not for a sticky kitchen floor and stained towel in master bedroom, it was washed but had what looked like small blood stains on it.
