On this tree-lined historic Boulder street, the front porch provides great views & great people-watching sitting area. Wood floors throughout provide warm comfort. The incredible chef's quality eat-in kitchen sets up for a gathering place for your short or long-term getaway. Boulder has amazing weather throughout the year. The indoor and outdoor seating areas provide for lounging, casual eating, cooking and maybe snoozing with a book. This is a beautiful ,tastefully decorated home in a super location. We enjoyed a short walk to get on the hiking trail along Canyon road near the creek and the 10 minute drive to the flat irons was convenient to get to. Though it didn't bother us, some folks might want to watch TV or see a movie, they should know there isn't a one. There is so much to do in the area, we were happy to come back to this home to socialize and rest, and refuel.

We had a fantastic stay! This home was absolutely perfect for our group of four. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and had plenty of space for everyone.One of the best parts was the location—everything we wanted to do in downtown Boulder was within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We rarely needed to use our car, which made the trip even more enjoyable.The house was exactly as described, and the hosts made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Boulder.

The location of this rental is incredible! For the most part our stay was great. It was not explicit that there are other people staying upstairs. It is a charming old house but the floors and pipes do make noise. Perhaps bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

As others have mentioned, the house is in a very convenient location, right off of Pearl Street, making an easy walk to any number of shops and restaurants. It's a cute older house with plenty of room, and it's clear that care has been taken to make it homey with some nice design touches. Kitchen is very nicely appointed. The front porch swing was a great spot to relax after a full day. On the negative side, as others have mentioned, there is an upstairs apartment which was sometimes occupied by what we assume to be the owners overlooking the back deck. Also, the landscaping could use some attention, as there were several large thorny branches we had to duck through to get to the front door. Overall, a pleasant stay.
